PUBG Mobile 4.6 Update Brings Hunter vs Vampire Theme, Bat Powers and New Events
PUBG Mobile 4.6 introduces a new supernatural-themed experience featuring Hunters, Vampires, zombies, special equipment and new event challenges. The update also adds several interactive areas and abilities that change how players explore and fight.
Hunter vs Vampire Theme
Stalber and Military Base feature Hunter-themed areas, while other locations contain Vampire-related structures and activities.
New Event Coins and Shop
Players can earn special event coins by completing challenges and defeating event enemies.
These coins can then be used in the event shop to obtain selected weapons, attachments, scopes and special equipment.
Scarlet Tonic
The Scarlet Tonic is a useful healing item in the themed mode. When used, it can quickly restore the player's health and energy.
This can be especially useful during fights or while completing event challenges.
Silver Moon Chain
The Silver Moon Chain adds a new movement and combat option.
Players can use it to pull themselves toward certain locations and can also use it to pull enemies closer. It can also interact with certain event boxes and objects.
Bat Wings
One of the biggest additions is the Bat Wings ability.
Players can transform into a bat for a limited period, allowing them to fly, reach elevated locations and attach themselves to certain surfaces.
The Bat form also includes combat abilities, including Dash and an Ultrasonic ability that can help detect nearby enemies.
Zombie and Demon Challenges
Themed locations contain different challenges involving zombies and supernatural enemies.
Some activities are activated through special machines. Players may need to survive timed encounters, defeat enemies or protect an objective.
Completing these challenges can reward players with event coins and other loot.
Coffin Defense Event
Some areas feature a large coffin that becomes part of a timed challenge.
The condition of the coffin can affect the reward received after completing the challenge.
Hunter Base
The Hunter Base around Stalber and Military Base has a training-area design with several interactive locations.
Players can find shooting challenges, zip lines, hidden loot and special equipment throughout the area.
Exploring the buildings can also lead to additional loot and event activities.
New Interactive Loot
The update adds more interactive objects to themed locations. Players can search shelves, cupboards and special boxes for loot.
Certain boxes can be opened using the Silver Moon Chain, adding another reason to explore the themed areas.
Blood Barrier
Players can also use a special blood barrier to block certain windows.
The barrier can prevent enemies from entering through the blocked opening and can stop some thrown items. However, opponents can still destroy the barrier with gunfire.
Hunter Bandage
The Hunter Bandage provides stronger healing than the standard bandage and can restore health up to 100%.
The new abilities give players more options for movement, exploration and combat, while the event shop provides additional rewards for completing activities.
